(Pre-intermediate)
Course program A2
A2 English level is the second level in the CEFR system, designed for basic communication.
The student can:
- talk about simple topics (family, shopping, work),
- conduct simple dialogues,
- understand and read short texts and letters.
The concept of Pre-Intermediate level (A2)
Pre-Intermediate is translated as "below average" or "almost average" and is marked A2 according to the European CEFR system. This is a transitional moment in learning English, after which a person can come to professional English.

Pre-Intermediate level allows you to compose grammatically correct phrases and sentences, as well as express your thoughts at a basic level. When the A2 English level is mastered, you can start preparing for international exams: the Cambridge Test (Preliminary English Test) or IELTS.

Vocabulary: 1500-2000 words. The Pre-Intermediate English level pushes you to practice the language regularly: you already want to communicate as freely as in Russian, but there are still limitations that you need to go through.

Duration of study at the Pre-Intermediate level
The duration of the course depends on the knowledge that the student already has and the speed of perception of information. To master the A2 level from the previous level, 2 months are enough for some, while others need to immerse themselves in English for 4-5 months. And in this case, it is better not to rush, but to give yourself time to consolidate new material. Our course is designed to be completed within 2.5-3 months. The course is conducted with individual support from teachers from London schools (not bots). Teachers respond to your requests, give comments on the milestone and final tests within 1-2 days. The online conversation club provides an opportunity to practice the acquired knowledge in the process of communicating with our teachers.

The price (2,900 rubles) is given for a full course of study. Your training takes place individually in a distance format, accompanied by our teachers from London.
